Milan Dvořáček is a passionate sommelier with refined taste buds. He learned to understand the truth hidden in wine in Burgundy and Alsace and since 2008 he has been proud of his "Conseiller en vine“ title, conferred by the French Culinary Institute. He worked at U Kastelána, Noem Arch, Tulip, Paladeo and helped to found the Divoká vařečka - Culinary School.

Since 2012 he has been your Restaurant Manager at Jakoby´s.
